Light Rye

This is a modification from the original Rye recipe that came with my bread machine. It's not authentic Russian (sour) bread, but is dark and quite tasty:

1 cup of warm water
1.5 Tbl. vegetable oil
1Tbl. salt
3 Tbl. cider vinegar
1 egg
2 cups of rye flour
1 cup of wheat flour
3 Tbl. gluten
2 Tbl. sugar
1/2 Tbl. caraway seeds
1/2 Tbl. coriander

Set 1.5 lb and select wheat light.
